Support for Theda Clark Medical Center Foundation may be in the form of:

You may also make a delayed gift by designating a portion of your estate in your will. Estate gifts are recognized through the Foundation’s Heritage Legacy Circle, which honors the donor’s intentions while the donor is still alive. If a particular project or program has special meaning for you, you may designate your contribution specifically for that purpose. Because Theda Clark Medical Center is a not-for-profit organization, all gifts are deductible from income taxes as provided by law.
