About Us

Theda Clark Medical Center Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Theda Clark Medical Center in support of its mission.  The Foundation is comprised of community representatives who work to create and support hospital healthcare initiatives. We do this through individual, corporate and planned giving as well as special event fundraising.  Our donors enable us to continue to improve the health of the communities we serve. 

The Theda Clark Medical Center Foundation is a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation whose objective is to enhance funds and community awareness for the health services provided by Theda Clark Medical Center.
